Our Services

DachField provides Dachshund puppy sales, breeding services, health certification, and related pet services. All dogs listed on our website are subject to availability. We reserve the right to remove or update listings at any time.

Order Submission

Submitting an order form on our website does not constitute a binding purchase agreement. Orders are treated as expressions of interest. A confirmed sale only occurs when:

  • Our team reviews and accepts your order submission.
  • Payment has been arranged and confirmed between both parties.
  • You have received written confirmation from DachField.

We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion, including if a dog has already been sold or reserved.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of your order submission will be the price honored during our follow-up communication, provided the dog remains available.

Payment

Payment is not collected through our website. After submitting an order, our team will contact you with payment instructions. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayPal, and other methods as agreed upon. Full payment is typically required before delivery.

Delivery & Shipping

  • Local Pickup: Arrangements will be coordinated directly with you at no additional cost.
  • Domestic Shipping: Safe door-to-door delivery within the United States. Included in the dog's price unless otherwise stated.
  • International Shipping: Available worldwide. Costs, timelines, and required documentation vary by country. A quote will be provided via email.

DachField takes every precaution to ensure safe, stress-free delivery. However, once a dog is handed to a courier or airline, DachField's direct liability is limited.

Health Guarantee

All puppies sold by DachField come with a health guarantee. If a puppy is found to have a serious genetic health condition within 12 months of purchase (as verified by a licensed veterinarian), we will work with you to reach a fair resolution, which may include a replacement puppy or partial refund at our discretion.

The health guarantee does not cover:

  • Conditions caused by accident, neglect, or improper care.
  • Parasites, infections, or communicable diseases acquired after purchase.
  • Injuries sustained after delivery.
  • Conditions that develop due to environmental or dietary factors.

Returns

If you are unable to keep your DachField dog for any reason, please contact us. We will always accept our dogs back rather than see them surrendered to a shelter. Refunds are not guaranteed on returned dogs but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent order information.
  • Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of our website.
  • Use our website for any unlawful purpose.
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of our website without express written permission.

Reviews & User Content

By submitting a review on our website, you grant DachField a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display and use that content on our website and marketing materials. We reserve the right to remove reviews that are false, offensive, or violate these terms.

Limitation of Liability
